At Luxury Klothing, we put our heart into every product we send out. While it’s rare, we know that things don’t always go perfectly. Maybe your item arrived damaged, or the design wasn’t quite what you expected. We get it — and we’ve got you.

We believe in building a strong, long-term bond with our customers — one based on trust, transparency, and care. That’s why we offer you the option to return your product if something’s not right.

If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll happily replace it with a fresh one — no hassle, no hard feelings.

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it — as long as the item meets the following conditions:

  • Your return request is made within 24 hours of receiving your item.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition — with tags and packaging intact.

  • Replacements depend on stock availability. If your item is out of stock, don’t worry — we’ll issue a refund, no questions asked.

Reasons for Return & Replacement:

 
  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

  • You received a wrong size (only if the size delivered is different from what’s stated on your invoice).

  • There’s a color mismatch in the clothing.

  • The clothing has a printing error (e.g., incorrect design placement, wrong design, front/back printing errors).

  • You received the wrong product entirely.

  • If you have returned your product.
  • Replacements depend on stock availability. If your item is out of stock, don’t worry — we’ll issue a refund, no questions asked.

  • Your refund will be initiated after we’ve completed the inspection of your returned product.

Note: Shipping fees and Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charges are non-refundable.
